We used Discover Banff Tours to plan the activities for our honeymoon. As soon as I booked our activities, Michelle from Reservations called me immediately to discuss our itinerary. She brought to our attention one tour that we booked that didn't make sense for us and easily cancelled the tour. Right away I trusted this company and the people that works for the company. They had already impressed me and we hadn't even arrived yet. Our first activity was the Johnston Canyon Ice Walk. Our guides were Anik and Magda. They were both knowledgeable, friendly, and made the tour super fun! Our next tour was Snow Shoeing to Grotto Canyon. Unfortunately (but fortunately) there was a lot of snow while we were there so the road to Grotto Canyon was closed. Michelle called to let us know of the issue and to ensure that we were ok if we went to a different location. We were happy to try the new spot. Nate was our guide and he was great! He gave a lot of information about the area, made us amazing taffy at the top of a hill with amazing views. Got a good workout in too! We also booked dog sledding and snowmobiling through Discover Banff and the companies they partner with were amazing! We did the Great Divide Dog Sledding Tour and had a great time. Snowmobiling was through White and Wild and that was probably one of our favorite days! I was very impressed when Michelle called to remind of us daylight savings so we wouldn't miss our tour the next day. Also, when the itinerary is emailed to you, it gives very specific details about what to wear, what to bring, what time to meet, how long you will be gone, and very detailed directions. All around VERY impressed with this company and would recommend to anyone!
