“Good quality, better service”

I found the menu to be priced right in line for Banff. The quality was good, not exceptional. Very good service

“Avoid like the plague!”
Reviewed March 1, 2014

We should have taken notice that this place was about a tenth full when everywhere else we tried was full to capacity!
The whole experience was bad. Our table was so wobbly that you had to hold on to your drink! The cutlery was from the 70's, old and scratched and not very clean. The draught beer was off and I had to send it back and go for a bottled beer. The 'tapas' if you can call it that, was very expensive for what you get but we tried it. Without fail every dish was bland, tasteless and amateur - to the point that we would be confident of making better at home!

Without doubt, the single worst meal we have ever eaten. It was food, just not like normal people know it!

Do not waste your time and money with the tapas items, maybe try your luck withe the other items that they offer.

“Breakfast was great”
Reviewed February 28, 2014

We had breakfast at Irwins for three morning straight and found the breakfast to be well presented and tasteful. It is a very nice setting. Though the morning I had pancakes the butter patties were marked 5% butter only. I am not sure what was in the other 95%. I believe for the prices charged it would have been nice having real butter. Other than that they would have got a 4 star rating.

“Best Burger Ever!!”
Reviewed February 21, 2014

I'm somewhat of a burger fanatic and I have to say this is the best burger I've ever had. So many distinct flavours but all complimenting each other. I can't say I've ever had such a complex and amazing tasting burger. If there ever was a gourmet burger this is it.

“we love tapas”
Reviewed February 19, 2014

We really enjoyed the atmosphere and food. Everything tasted great. Our favorites were the lamb meat balls, stuffed mushrooms and a new menu item: panko crusted goat cheese with raspberry coulee. Yum!
