We were told they had the best seafood. So we couldn't wait to visit here. The seafood tower was a huge let down. The lobster was inedible. The price was too high for the quality. This was the ONE AND ONLY place we visited in Banff that the service was down right bad. Our waitress did not smile once and was rude.

We were here with a big group. The food was OK average. Prawns were good, gnocchi wasn't... The place is quite crowded.

Nice restaurant in prime Banff location. We had a window table and enjoyed the people watching. Excellent signature dish of wild maple BC salmon. Without question the best meal we had during our three days in Banff. Highly recommended.

Not our best expierience
We booked a table so was disappointed when at first we were given a seat by the till with my back to it.
Got moved to a different seat. The waiter appeared to be a snob
Food was OK portions were very small 2 scollops on a plate 12 inches apart with a bit of pear and smallest piece of belly pork I have ever seen,
Main meals were just as small not to my taste
Enough said

The service was unprofessional-- server did not bring bread until asked and AFTER our first course was served. Server rushed us to decide on our main. Their "special chef's item" of the evening was a $95 steak!! Husband's tenderloin had to be sent back because it was overcooked. Server brought back a steak that was cooked properly on ONE side. My crab cake was served with a congealed mayonnaise. I could not taste any of the mint/dill sauce that the menu described. Totally amateur. At this price point, we expect a professional dining experience.

The large tour groups didn't help with ambiance. Music sounded like it was for the workers, not the customers. They need to clean their windows.
