We decided to eat and drink everything Canadian at this restaurant because it oozed the smell of maple syrup from the sidewalk. We started off with a specialty martini made with maple liquor and syrup and had the goat cheese and truffles, which was very good. For our main meals, we had the bison tenderloin wrapped in bacon and bison stroganoff. The portions are really rich and big, and I ended up having lots of leftovers the next day.
