We found this place when staying at Banff for one night on a road trip and searching for a place to grab a quick dinner. What drew us in was the menu outside the hotel and it's somewhat varied menu. It is not a large menu but they are proud of their 'Meatballs'...and offer them in a variety of meats...beef, pork, lamb and chicken. Of course they come with many choices of pasta. I had a pizza, and chose it because it was quite different than what I have ever seen before....it had roasted lamb, garlic, gorgonzola cheese and portobello mushrooms on it....took a bit of getting use to but it was TASTY! My wife eats glutton free and they offer a pasta choice so she had the pasta with pork meatballs. They are not overly seasoned and have a 'delicate' taste. we both liked it hear for several reasons....the food, the service, and the fact that it is not NOISY, like so many other places in Banff. When we were returning on our trip we stayed in Banff for several nights and ate there again. I had a wonderful 'Gardener' pizza, lots of assorted vegetables, and my wife had the Chicken(meatballs) Carbonara, again very tasty.
This restaurant is a nice change from the many chain restaurants that are in Banff, and better than some of the other independents that are there.

Had the signature “spaghetti & meatballs”, it was very good. The menu options are limited; if you don’t like lamb or goat as many of the dishes contain them. But all in all it’s a nice place with great service.

We visited a couple times, had the chance to taste quite a few foods from the menu. Do try their meatballs (different types) - phenomenal! Solid portion, very well balanced taste.
Pricing was fair, compared to other Banff's restaurant the price-value seemed more than OK.
We weren't too amazed by the "Rotisserie" foods we tried - that, though, might be just cause of personal preferences. All the components of the "Rotisserie" meals would be great individually (meats, great rissoto, veggies), but the whole combo seemed a bit overcombined. If you are used to your complex style food including it all (meat, cheese, ...), you'll love it anyway. If you are looking for a more opinionated, light seasoned and not-so-north-american food, go for some of the meatball variations and pastas. They know how to make a good soup, apetizer and desert too. We also had very good ribs (daily special).
Their service is great, you'll love the open kitchen set-up, enough light and fresh air. Worth trying out, especially if you don't want any more burgers, mac'n'cheese or fries!

By far our worst meal on vacation and the most expensive. It started off well the meatball starters were wonderful.I followed mine with the leg of lamb which was mainly unedible.Half of it was overcooked and the other half had blood running out and so tough my knife couldn't slice it.The menu said it was rotisserie lamb. The potatoes were very nice though.

We had the fish & chips for lunch. It was just ok. The menu had little variety. Service was good. The location was convenient for shopping, and there was an outdoor patio for seating.
