My wife and I read a couple of reviews on this restaurant but wanted to see if they were true; they were! We started with a Raspberry Mojito that was outstanding. Then, the Greek salad that reminded us of the Peloponese and the Dolmades that were homemade were delicious. But the best part was yet to come. The trout was superb and the wild boar chop was so incredible that I cannot remember having having a better one in Europe or the U.S. Service was prompt and efficient. We could not believe that in our 10 previous visits to Banff we had not been to this restaurant; we cannot wait to return.
