“why bother.”
Reviewed January 12, 2014

its dated and pretty poorly ran. go elsewhere. Many more places deeper in town with more amenities and closer location to the essence of Banff: tourism, partying, drinking, eating & spending money. If you want a nice couples retreat, book out of town a little further and enjoy the beautiful natural wonders of this park.

“dont bother”
Reviewed January 3, 2014

After reading some reviews before heading to Banff, the place sounded okay, what a disappointment when we arrived, it is more of hostel type accommodation not the hi end hotel we expected, would never even suggest to, others to stay

“Abysmal”
Reviewed November 28, 2013

No air conditioning, window faced a brick wall, balcony was dirty and in need of repair. Staff were dismissive and bored. Liquor store downstairs attracts a sketchy crowd. Longer walk to attractions. You get what you pay for.
