I was really looking forward to a relaxing soak in the hot springs, what I found was a concrete pool with no charm, no rustic feelings just way too many people using the pool as a make out joint. Stayed for a short time and happily went back to the hotel and soaked in the hot tub

Having visited the Gondola nearby it is worth a trip to the outdoor hot springs. You can use the same car park. We were traveling in a RV and arrived early so parking was OK. Those arriving later found parking a large vehicle more of a challenge!
This was on our "To Do List" and was well worth it. The springs are 40c and they recommend not to stay submerged for periods of more than10 minutes at a time (children even less - see onsite advice).
You get HOT and then sit on the ledge in the pool and then get COLD! When we visited we did have a flurry of snow and it was an unusual experience.
Wheelchair access is available and staff were on hand to give assistance if required.
We came out after about 45 minutes having had several hot/cold cycles - very refreshing.

I was a little concerned about those people who had stated that it was crowded when i read reviews on this site, but i decided that after a days hiking it would be the best place to sooth aching limbs.
When i reached the Hot springs, i found that you could actually look over into the pool. You can see exactly how many people are in the pool, so why do people complain it was too crowded.
You can see how crowded it is before you go in, so if there are too many people in for your liking, don't go in !!!!!! Don't spend your money knowing its crowded, then complain about it.
Its clean, you can hire towels, and you can have an old fashioned swimsuit if you want to look a bit different.
Its a big hot tub with great views. You can sit in the pool where you meet and talk to people from all over the world.
Its very reasonably priced and its soothes your body, what more do you want ?

Loved it! Went two days in a row! Smells a little, but that's natural. It looks more like a pool, but the water's great! Also, it looks to be handicap accessible, with a ramp.

Also, the spa upstairs is amazing!
