“what an amazing sensation”
Reviewed April 18, 2013

I came up here on a snowy cold day. I had brought my swimming costume with me, but both costumes and towels are available for hire. A small charge and you get to gain access to the pool - which is beautifully warm. On the day i was there, the pool was beautifully warm while there was a blizzard blowing, so my body was warm but my head was getting covered in snow and there where even children throwing snowballs in the pool. This is one attraction you really can't miss if you are in the area

Not many people there this time of year so it was nice and quiet. there were no lines, plenty of lockers, and the view was stunning

“Always warm”

A must do when in Banff. There were two buss loads of high schoolers there when we were. This made it less enjoyable.

“One of the best parts of a visit to Banff!”
Reviewed April 7, 2013

I have visited the Banff Upper Hot Springs numerous times over the past 18 months, most recently in April 2013. Each visit is pleasant and the hot springs are a great way to unwind and relax after a day of hiking and seeing the sites within Banff National Park. The entry fee isn't cheap, but it is still worth paying, and this is a great place to visit at any time of the year!

“Relaxing after a day of skiing”
Reviewed April 7, 2013

We took our children aged 2, 9, and 11 to the hot springs after a day of skiing. The water temperature was just right and with big snowflakes falling down on us it was magical. The kiddie pool is nice to have for the little ones since it is a little cooler then the large pool. The change rooms are a little dated but they are clean.
