I am lucky to have found this gem in Banff. Stayed for 3 nights with my cousin, and the room we got was perfect for the two of us (first floor, right by the entrance). It had two separate closets, a comfortable queen bed, clean, nicely lit, and amenities provided. We shared a washroom with one other room but it still provided privacy in the way it was designed. Great location, only 5 min from Banff Town, easily walkable, offered free parking and wifi. My favourite part: a hearty and delicious free breakfast in the dining room where we saw a deer while enjoying our meal, and full access to their kitchen to cook anytime! We used the kitchen to make sandwiches for our trails, and for late night snack/tea sessions. They also had a fridge for guests to store their food. Seriously it can not get any better than this for the price they offer.

I also enjoyed access to their cozy lounge with a fireplace, and bookshelves stacked with games and books. This was a great hangout spot for the guests to study, read, or connect with others.

The hostess was very genuine and helpful about directions, activities, food, and any concerns. She gave us a warm welcome and consistently provided great hospitality everyday to ensure we had a good experience here. Loved the artistic and charming vibe of this place, and definitely recommend it. I would much rather stay at this quaint inn rather than a big hotel -- would love to stay in the king suite next time around.

Room Tip: There are only two rooms on the main floor, and have a private lobby area with a shared wasroom. I think this floor is best for privacy, and much quieter as it only has two rooms. Best case scenario if the other room is empty then no one would share the washroom. Our room (first on in the hall, right by the entrance) was much more spacious, and nicer than the second room on this floor, so choose that one.

We stayed here two nights, in room 9 out back, and it was perfect. Comfortable, clean and cozy, with a small patio out back to see the elk roam through the woods. Becky was a great host, yummy breakfast spread, and easy and casual come and go atmosphere. Easy walk to downtown as well. Will definitely stay there again!

I was visiting the rockies with my boyfriend (who is from the area) and we booked a room on the Sunday for a romantic night and our room was perfect. Warm and cozy, close to downtown, good breakfast, Jen and Beckie were great hosts and we checked on us quite a few times to make sure everything was good! Definitely a great quality-price place and I would recommend to anyone who is visiting Banff for one or a few nights!

Room Tip: We booked for room 9 (King size bed with fireplace and whirlpool bath) and it was wonderful. Separated little cabin that has only 4 rooms in it. Very quiet, warm and cozy!

Flew into Calgary from Vancouver and drove our rented car to Banff - total travel time 4-5 hours. Arrived at the Inn to a very warm welcome most of the wedding party had already arrived, everyone was so excited to be there. Our room was upstairs at the back of the detached portion of the Inn (#09) large open plan with windows at either end, king size bed, sitting area, full bathroom as in perfect! Families had traveled in from all over, grand mothers, parents, brothers & sisters with children, we were all made to feel like this was our own private chalet. Our hosts tended to every need as they mingled in amongst the festivities soon joining in on the good cheer and dancing. At various stages of our weekend our hosts transformed seating, eating areas first into the wedding chapel then into a fine dining room back to the original configuration for breakfast on our last morning. In all we had an amazing time made all the better by the beauty & comfort of the Inn and our warm & caring hosts.

This Guesthouse was in a quiet location on a dead end round with countryside nearby, just over the bridge from the town which is an easy walk, even in the dark.

The youngsters who were hired to run the place were friendly, knowledgable and helpful. The rate we negotiated was superb for Banff, makes us wonder why we paid more elsewhere. The room was a mixed bag, it had a massive comfy bed, large room, fridge, microwave, sink but only had a small LCD TV in a massive fireplace and the bathroom was also tiny - all a bit of a mixed bag, but superb value. There was a guest lounge with a large library of books including useful travel guides.

The breakfast was a very tidy continental, even serving up boiled eggs with the usuals.
