We stayed in a newly renovated non-view suite. Love the decor and it is extremely affordable! Great welcome by the front desk manager Shawn was just the beginning. Eric the night shift staff were very accomodating. Overall this vacation stop never disappoints..

The hotel is well kept and updated, the service is good; the staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel is well priced per night. The shuttle to the ski hills is located next door, such is close and convenient.
There are a few things in a hotel stay I look for that was lacking such as the location- the hotel is located at the beginning of the strip, so it is about a 10min walk into the main areas in the winter it is not fun to walk in the cold.

There is no cafe located in the hotel, morning coffee is a bit of a walk away

There do not provide slippers or housecoats and the towels are small. So, walking down to the hot tub bare feet and with a small towel isn’t ideal.

All in all it’s well priced for what you get!

We stayed here for a 10 night ski break with four of us in two rooms. The hotel has a cosy welcome area and a small restaurant with breakfast buffet and turns into a pizza restaurant in the evening. The spa area includes a generous whirlpool, sauna and steam room. It is in a perfect location for the ski bus and easy access walk to Banff centre.
The standard rooms have two comfortable queen size beds, and a small table with chairs which is useful. The bathrooms have a shower and a small bath.
This hotel is perfect for family ski breaks but our only recommendation for improvement would be a boot room, there are lockers for skis but you have to take boots up to the room where there is limited storage. A few hooks for ski coats would also be useful.

Room tip: Rooms facing the side roads will be quieter

We booked this through a last minute website - allowing us to get a fantastic rate on the room. The rooms are well maintained and have ample space. We had 3 adults in our room and had plenty of room. Try to get a room overlooking the road or you will get a room looking directly into the accommodation behind. It’s still fine though – very comfortable beds, a couple chairs in the room too. The restaurant downstairs was good and you can grab a buffet breakfast (extra cost depending on the room you’ve booked). The hotel is situated near all the local spots – you’ll find it easy to get to many of the bus stops, restaurants (there is plenty to choose from!) and souvenir stores galore. We would gladly stay here again.

Room tip: In the heart of the town, near lots of other restaurants

We stayed as a group of 12 between 3 families over New year's and had a great time. The place is about a 15 minute walk into town - but when everything looks so pretty covered in snow - it is a good walk. Shaun on the front desk was awesome. It is basic accommodation but clean and comfortable. We would stay here again.
