It is fair to say that we had come from a fairly average 3 star in Lake Louise to this for me a 6 star Hotel looking out over the Bow Valley and Banff. Everything is quality here with excellent staff and helpful concierges. When we arrived our room was not ready so we had a couple of cool drinks in the Larkspur which looks out at the Rundle mountain opposite. Awesome!
When our room was ready we were overawed by it as it was on the eighth floor of the North Wing looking out onto the valley that contains Banff Town, the Bow River and the famous Banff Golf Course. A spacious room with a massive double bed and FEATHER PILLOWS so a good nights sleep again with the added bonus so air conditioning. We asked for more English Breakfast Tea but the maid only had one left on her trolley but the next morning when the room was serviced more tea had been left for us. I like this sort of attention to detail. My wife enjoyed the swimming pool whilst I worked out in the Gym. Two wonderful nights before we left for the next part of our journey. Am happy to recommend this Hotel and given the chance to return in the future will go straight here.More
