We stayed here overnight and booked the one bedroom suite. It's an easy 5 minute drive from the downtown area. Always stay on the right lane (from downtown) and must look out for the resort sign on the right. It's very easy to miss the corner specially when it's dark and you're driving 60mph on the left side lane. The room looked way larger in the picture than it actually is. It's an average property with a kitchen with complete utensils (from spoons to pots), it has a refrigerator, a microwave, a stove, as well as a coffee maker. The room we had was facing the woods with the road behind it. The ceiling was a bit thin as we can easily hear footsteps from upstairs. The comforter in the bedroom smells funny too. I had to use the spare comforter neatly hidden in the closet beside the refrigerator. The bed was uncomfortable and hard that we decided to sleep in the sofa bed which is way way more comfortable than the bed. The washroom was very clean though and that I have nothing to say. It's a plus that the view from the resort was perfectly overlooking the mountains covered in snow. Customer service was perfect too, they were polite and very helpful. Although, we had to be held back for about 15 minutes because the staff who checked us in didn't properly key in the necessary card information when we paid the deposit. I don't suggest bringing large vehicles as the parking can get too cramped. We were told that we would be having one parking spot but the parking spots were so small(plus some vehicles weren't parked very nicely) that it had been really hard to park, let alone back up, when going out. It's an average resort with a few ups and downs.

Bedroom size allows for a queen bed with about 2 feet on 3 sides of bed. Bed blocks bi-fold closet doors from opening fully. And the closet is the only place to store all of your clothes. Room has refrigerator, microwave, oven and stove top, coffee maker, and dishes. Heating system crackles and bangs throughout the night. Place is similar to a 2 star establishment.

I stayed at this hotel twice now. First time was in winter 2012 in at that time newly renovated Wolf Loft. Those suites look modern, have full kitchen so great for making breakfast and supper. I enjoyed sitting area with a couch and TV by the fire place.

Second time was winter 2014. This time around we did not pay extra to stay in a wolf suite and decided to try regular rooms. It wasn't bad at all, although I enjoyed Wolf Loft much more. Bedroom was separate from the kitchen and sitting area. The only remark I have is that it was extremely cold in the morning in the kitchen/sitting area (keep in mind we stayed during winter). Having bedroom separate and sofa bad in the sitting area allows to have 4 people in the room. If there was someone else sleeping in the main area, they would be way too cold.

Other than that I would definitely come back there again next winter, but would prefer to stay in the Wolf suites :)

Small, well appointed rooms. Bed comfortable, kitchen had everything you need. Days spent outside down hill skiing beautiful Lake Louise, snow shoeing in the area and cross country skiing Emerald Lake. Great to come back to a warm comfortable room. Our room was on far end of resort so a short walk to hot tub and pool. Resort close to highway with easy access to get on the road to the next adventure. Herd of Elk walked right by resort.
Definitely, will plan a return visit.

We had an excellent stay in the Wolf condo. Very spacious, a king and queen bed, fireplace, kitchen and conveniently located on your way into Banff. Would definitely recommend staying here if you were in town for a while or travelling with family as it's a great value.

although clean and comfortable, there is No sound proofing at all. we could hear every word of conversation next door and every step above us. Really hard to enjoy a romantic weekend alone with your husband( if you know what i mean) when you KNOW the neighbours will hear every minute sound. If i can hear a pop can open...and the discussion of where to eat dinner, you kNOW they are going to hear what your doing!

Room Tip: as others have said - stay in upper floors.
