Staff was great and the size of room for the area was a nice surprise. The breakfast area is a bit tight but works. The breakfast was fresh and no complaints from the kids. I would stay here again without hesitation.

This was a great hotel to stay at in Banff. Close walk to downtown, great breakfast, clean rooms with microwave, fridge, and coffeemaker, and very friendly staff. We used to hot tub daily after skiing. We were unable to park our truck underground, but there was always parking nearby. We would most definitely stay at this hotel again and would recommend it to everybody.

Spent a night at the Best Western Plus Siding 29 Lodge in January of 2014. Room was decent, had a mini fridge and coffee maker, bed was really comfy. The pool was very warm and there was a hot tub adjoined to the pool. The pool hours were really good, I can't remember what time it opened in the morning but it stayed open until 11pm. Free breakfast was included and went until 10am, there was quite a few choices of hot and cold food. A nice touch was the little area outside of the breakfast room that you could help yourself to coffee or tea at any time. I noticed a computer in that area too, I think it was free to use. Parking is free and heated underground but keep in mind height restrictions, my Yukon just barely made the limit, a truck would be out of the question. Staff very friendly and helpful and this hotel was within walking distance to downtown Banff.

This is the only hotel we have stayed at in Banff and will only stay at this hotel....staff are wonderful, its very clean, and family friendly, great value!!! We walked to downtown Banff in very minutes and love how we can park underground at this hotel and were able to leave our ski stuff in our van and didn't worry about it getting broken into.

Very clean and well appointed hotel with nice, comfortable and tastefully decorated rooms; short walk to centre of Banff; underground parking was a nice plus during cold weather, as was indoor hot tub and pool; complementary breakfast was also an added bonus.
