The ice cream at Cows, is delicious!!!!! You can mix it up, have it in a cone or dish. Very creamy, very..very good. It is a bit pricey, but I guess it goes with the area. If your going to have those gorgeous views of mountains, you will have to pay to enjoy your ice cream as well.

A bit of a Banff institution with long queues, but the ice cream is worth it. Only improvement would be to have some explanation of the flavours as it is not clear what is actually in there. We took a punt and enjoyed it.

There is also an interesting cow themed shop attached.

No kidding, when this place is rated number 1 in the world for ice cream, they weren't kidding. A branch of the famous Cow's in Prince Edward Island, this place continues to make the best ice cream in the world, as rated by Readers Digest. An absolute must when you're in Banff!

I am an ice cream fanatic and I loved this place! The blueberry ice cream was fantastic! The t-shirts sold here are too funny. If you love ice cream, give this place a try. Ice cream comes all the way from PEI.

Crazy busy location. More staff, or better organized staff would make the lineup move more quickly. A warm day, so possibly busier than usual. Great ice cream.
