Relax, share, enjoy!! visually, aromatically, deliciously exquisite "gastronomical plenitudes" - unexpected combinations that excite the palate. What more can I say? I can't wait to take my Canmore, Top Drawer, Fabulous Foodie- Bob to Nourish!!

I am a dirty vegetarian (90% of the time), and after far too much beef at a conference in Banff, Nourish was absolutely superb.
Went for the veggie Shepherds Pie, washed down with a couple of local hemp beers. Service was simply superb - knowledge of all the ingredients and could answer ever question.
If you are in Banff, you have to go here.

I am a vegetarian and my husband isn't. So he compromised and came with me to Nourish. He loved it as much as I did. It is so hard to find a meal in a non-vegetarian restaurant other than some pasta or a salad or gnocchi. I wish more non-vegetarian restaurants could do a few selections from Nourish's Bistro to please a fixed-food-marriage like ours. The place is real small (but, intimate) but they told us that they will be moving soon.

Cannot recommend Nourish Bistro enough! We stayed in Banff for a week during a month in Canada and were lucky enough to find this absolute gem.

I'm vegetarian but my partner isn't - but he absolutely loved it and still talks about the meal we had here. It was just a total delight.

The owners are lovely - do take their advice about portion sizes (definitely for sharing!) - we had a few different dishes between two of us, all half portions, and still ended up taking a large portion of one of them away with us. The dishes are really inventive and totally unique - but not in a way that would put meat eaters off. We were both delighted with everything about the meal and it came as a really welcome relief from the fairly unvaried cuisine in most other places we visited in Canada! It is well worth a trip to Banff just to eat here.

We also had some amazing cocktails here with our meal. We both agreed that the price was more than fair for the quality we had. Easily the tastiest, most inventive, most enjoyable meal that we had whilst visiting Canada - and we ate at some really good places.

It is hugely popular and deservedly so, so you really do need to book in advance. It's quite small. Also it is in a hugely uninspiring mall which is a shame - but once you're inside the decor is quite cosy and quirky and you forget the exterior - in any case the food totally makes up for the lack of a view.

Go go go! It's utterly worth it!

are you looking for a quirky, romantic and SO delicious restaurant to eat at in Banff? Come here. Recommended by several people, we made reservations (which are recommended).
This restaurant brings together ingredients in ways you would NEVER expect, with results that are mind-blowing.
The dishes are quite large, meant for sharing, so if you want to try several things, expect to take away food.
Use the recommendations of the server, they know what they are talking about.
