Two of us went here for dinner on a Sunday evening. The place was packed, which was a good sign. I had nachos and the price was pretty good but I noticed that some other menu items were expensive - dips were as or more expensive than the nachos!
The nachos came out to our table in record time, no more than 4 minutes, which gave me the impression it had been almost completely pre-prepared. Overall, though the portion was a good size it was pretty tasteless. The cheese was plastic and the ground beef was beef in texture only.
Another thing that struck me was a comment from our table host (don't want to specify anything about the person). When I mentioned it was great to see the place so busy (with previous poor reviews swimming around in my head) the table host replied with something along the lines of 'yeah, not for us though'. I was at once intrigued, shocked and saddened to hear such a blase response from an employee.
My overall impression was that you could get tastier food for a cheaper price at Mad Mex, and that the rent must be pretty high at Rouse Hill. I can't say I'll be rushing back, which is a shame, because Tequila's could be so much more.
