“My new favourite place”

We have been visiting this lovely place for a few months now. We start off with a lovely walk with our dog Elsa and end up with a well deserved drink. The landlady and her assistant are absolutely lovely. They make such a fuss of our little dog who is extremely timid being a rescue dog. The quality of the food is sublime. I ordered homemade fish cakes and wasn't disappointed. The chef even popped out to ask if everything was ok, it certainly was. Delicious! We will certainly be back and can't wait to meet the new puppy ❤️xx

Only our second time here but was just a fab as the first time. Stumbled upon it as the pub on the corner with the 'banner' had a private party on the go....how lucky we were!
The Crispin is so oldie-worldie you can't help but feel cwtchy!!
It is warm and welcoming with a relaxed but attentive service....you can't teach that ;)
The food is lovely, tasty and obviously home cooked and if you are left full then stay a while to fit in a dessert as you won't be disappointed! Will definitely be back again when I'm up in that part of the world. Oh and how could I not mention the Chips!!
