Just returned from our second vacation at Paradise Village. Can't say enough good things about this resort! The grounds are beautiful and well maintained. We stayed in a 2 bedroom ( 6 of us ) and were very comfortable. Rooms are nice and spacious, maid service great. There is a wonderful , clean beach. Great for swimming, boarding etc. Never had a difficult time finding a palapa to sip a bit of tequila under! The pool is big with a nice shallow end for tiny tots to play in. It is going to be difficult for me to sum up the other amenities of PV but I will try! The entertainment and activities are absolutely the best. Some activity going on most of the day for all ages. They have special things going on every evening but certainly the Mexican Fiesta night is a MUST. Food, fun and entertainment galore! A piñata night for the kids, casino night and more for adults. The wait staff are all attentive and anxious to please. I really must mention Sergio Lopez because he gives outstanding service, remembered us from last year and never do we have to wait long for a drink or food at the beach or by the pool. I always tip him well to show my appreciation so my first thing to do is exchange for pesos and keep lots of 50 pesos handy. Right outside the security gates is a nice little mall with shops, a well stocked and reasonable grocery store, restaurants and I want to reccommend Nopalitos upstairs. Yum! I forgot to mention there is a money exchange right inside the resort and we found it to be the best place to exchange. Don't forget you will need your passport to exchange for pesos. Both trips we've made to PV, we have booked activities with Vallarta Adventures and you will not be disappointed with any of their tours. Great tour guides, entertainment, food and drink. Good for all ages and so much fun. Please give them a try! If you book 2 you get 1 free! I could go on and on but I hope I have given you a decent overview of this wonderful resort and recommend it highly. We will be going back next year for sure! Feel free to contact me if you want more info.

Room Tip: Our two bedroom in Coba tower last year had a washer and dryer but no view. This year we stayed 4120...

We have been members for over 15 years and have enjoyed our time there immensely. Our experiences have been greatly enhanced before arriving and during our time there by the wonderful attention given us by two of the ladies that greet their guests. We wanted to make sure to acknowledge them. Nellie and Piedad went out of their way to assure we had the room and floor requested, and upon arrival, Piedad had come in on her day off to greet us. They both checked to assure we were taken care of each day we were there. Such care and follow up has been a trademark for Paradise Village each time we have stayed.

If you want a truly relaxed vacation in Mexico this is the place. From the friendly staff, immaculate surroundings, to the wonderful food, paradise village has it going on. Only downside was that the people pushing the buy into our resort plan are way to pushy.

This is actually my first time staying in a resort, as supposed to a hotel, so I don't know how Paradise Village stacks up when compared to its competitors, but we certainly enjoyed our time here.
The beach is right outside. Very clean and not too crowded at all. Two pools on the ground, including a kiddie pool and 2 water slides. Gym. Spa. Tennis courts, etc. Kids club, and a couple more play grounds on the beach. They rent boogie boards and surf boards. Other water sports available. Two tigers and several parrots are also on the ground. Kids like them.
The food here is actually really not bad. We enjoyed our meals. You can also get out to the plaza mall and have decent pizza and other options. Starbucks a mere 5 minute walk from your hotel room. Also huge grocery store right next to the Starbucks.
All the staff members have been very friendly. The 2-hour sales presentation is pretty much unavoidable. So just know that before you go and you won't be upset. Honestly everyone on our sales meeting have been very nice, not too pushy.
Rooms are fine. We had the smallest option which worked just fine. Beds are a little small compared to what you get in the States. The kitchenette in the rooms are very helpful.
So in general, we really enjoyed our stay, and will definitely come back next time.

We spent a week in this beautiful hotel - without the all-inclusive as we wanted to experience Mexico eateries. The Hotel caters well for families with entertainment for all - whether you want a quiet time on a safe sandy beach with nice waves for boogie boarding, parasailing or jet skiing; or oirganized activities around the pool; or a quiet poolside area; or good treatment from excellent staff (Carlos- the server on th beach stands out - he wass prompt and friendly and got on well with my kids - teasing my daughter whether she wanted Tequilas and my son about his Miami Heat cap). The mall - stone' throw away - is useful for those emergency needs or fast food such as Subqay or MacDonalds. This was our first trip to NVO Vallarta and my family wants to go back. We ate some tasty meals in the Hotel but also visited Puerto Vallarta, Buceiras and Valle De Banderas - super Mexican experiences - local food: Tamales, Burritos, Tostadas, Atolle, etc, met a number of locals (all very friendly and jolly despite the fqact that we spoke little Spanish and they spoke littel English), and experienced the Christmas spirit at some local celebrations. Viva NVO Vallarta!!!!

Room Tip: We did not get an ocean facing room and our room was on the 6th floor. Talking to other, we got a g...

This place has a little of everything and is for sure a home away from home! The service, the accommodations, and every detail is magnificent. I can't wait to go back! My favorite part is when you get there they tell you, "Welcome Home." All-inclusive is the way to go!

Room Tip: There isn't a bad room in the place!!!
