Loved the zipline adventure: 3/4 miles, 60 mph! Very, very fun! Great guides: Marino, Andrea, Zohori, Nohemi, Antonio, Sergio. Very fun, focused on safety, positive and encouraging. We, a family of 5, had a total blast and will always remember our day of ziplines, ladders and waterslides. On the negative: photographs. No cameras allowed (although other ziplines do) and totally gouged on their pix at the end of the trip. Also, we were supposed to receive a discount by buying online but didn't check to make sure that we did... oh well, our loss! Ouch!

We started the day with a continental breakfast at one of Vallarta Adventures hub locations then went by catamaran from Nuevo Vallarta to Puerto Vallarta to pick up more passengers. We continued on and passed by Los Arcos for some pictures and arrived at the snorkel location. We could snorkel, kayak or paddle board at this location. We snorkeled for about 30 mins, water was clear and you could see a variety of fish. Some people got stung by mosquito jellyfish but they are more a nuisance than anything. A little itch is all and crew quickly provided a cream for relief. We were then given lunch on the boat and a drink of your choice. An excellent make your own sandwich along with a variety of salads. It was excellent. We then continued on to Yelapa. Upon arriving at Yelapa we were given the choice to hike to a waterfall or just relax on the beach. We hiked up cobblestone pathways through the village to get to the waterfall seeing local artisans selling their wares for souveniers along the way. The waterfall was beautiful and definiatly worth seeing. At the waterfall we were given a drink of our choice to quench our thirst. After about 25-30 mins at the waterfall we hiked down the pathways again and across a river to arrive on the beach. We were given about 1.5hrs on the beach to relax and do our own thing. After that we headed back on the boat with an open bar and the crew entertaining us. All in all it was a good day. There was alot less snorkeling than we had hoped for and wished there was more snorkeling and less beach time. While on the beach we had to pay out of pocket for drinks etc. We found prices to be pretty high on certain things. Beer was 40 pesos, coke was 50 pesos and water was 100 pesos? yes that is not a typing error. The staff of Vallarta Adventures was excellent at keeping everyone involved and entertained. It was a good day but could have been great.

If you want to have some good times while in the Vallarta area and learn about the area and Mexico in general. Book an adventure or two with Vallarta Adventures. You are sure to have fun and be safe at the same time, the guides are full of information if you care to listen and you will learn much more about the area. We always book a couple of adventures when we are in town, never a bad trip!

Hugo is an excellent guide with Vallarta Adventures. He is very knowledgeable about Mexican culture, plants, animals, and sea life. Vallarta Adventures has a high standard for their employees, Hugo went well beyond expectations.

We had an incredible experience going on 3 tours, we did the buy 2, get 1 free promotion - so worth it! First we went to the beautiful island of Las Caletas. It was like being in another world. The guides were fantastic and gave us a great show while on the boat to and from the island retreat. Second we did the Off-Road Adventure. Learning about the agriculture and the Mexican traditions were awesome. Our guide, Leon, was so spectacular. He kept us informed and showed the entire group a wonderful time. This was my favourite of the 3 :) Lastly, we went to San Sebastien. What a great historic mountain town. If you are interested in history this is a great tour for you.
