Good mix of ocean and land. Went on horseback in a small village to a waterfall. Then snorkeled after. Had a nice dinner on secluded village beach. The food was amazing. The guide, Victor, was phenomenal. he was very knowledgeable. This was one of several Vallarta Adventures we took and after meeting Victor I wondered how this company can hire so many great guides, all with such amazing talents.

What was forecast to be a gloomy day in Nuevo Vallarta was the bright spot of our stay thanks to our tour guide Adolfo on our "Off Road Adventure". With only a few months on the job with Vallarta Adventures it is clear to see that this dedicated individual is going to go far in his chose profession and school of study in Tourism. His enthusiasm for his carreer will take him to the top and he made everyone aboard his unimog feel comfortable, welcome and insisted on fun being had by the vast cross section of guests aboard. His praise of his employer and the support that is given is only something that I could wish for in customer serivce in my home town. Bravo!

Most thrilling adventure I have ever experienced. I am very physically fit (take fitness classes most days) but I am 70 years old and did tire after a couple of hours. I have never been an athlete or very brave but the staff was so kind and encouraging that I did it all.
We took a Zodiac across the bay, an open truck part way up the mountain, mules to the top, and 7 zip lines, repelled twice, did rope bridges and a tight rope across long spans, two water slides, and finished up with much needed tequila shots. We were gone for over eight hours and kept very busy. This old grandmother had a blast.

Did the sea safari yesterday. It was fantastic. Good mix of ocean and land. Went on horseback in a small village to a waterfall. Then snorkeled after. Had a nice dinner on another secluded village beach. The food was amazing. The guide victor was phenomenal. Very knowledgeable good humor and made the safari. Highly recommend

We were in Nuevo and went on the Extreme Zip lining tour November 8th. From start to finish this excursion did not disappoint. We met at the the Nuevo office (5 minute drive from the Grand Mayan) After driving for an hour we reached the starting point of the zip lining which was in an eco forest. (bring your bug spray). For the next couple of hours we trekked along little man made paths in the jungle, whizzed through multiple zip lines upside down and right side up. We rappelled off platforms, climbed 60 ft ladders and walked a tight rope, drove off road vehicles, practiced our archery and finished with a splash down a water slide. OH YEAH and just because we could - we zipped 1200 meters at over 100 km and hour over all the trees in the forest :)

What we liked:
*The team at Vallarta Adventures - Caesar, Giovanni, Josh, Manuel, Aldo (at the Superman platform)
*How safe they made us feel while putting our lives in their hands, and the amount of enthusiasm they had for each of us as we completed each part of the tour
*How clean everything was from the office, bathrooms, equipment, van
*The photos they took the entire way - Manuel was fantastic

Good To Know:
The only part that could be improved on this excursion was the Polaris driving (they call it ATV'ing) This is about 15 minutes of the excursion and there is an additional charge of $50.00 if you want to drive one. You can only opt to drive one at the beginning of the tour, not once you are in the van or at the excursion site. Since 3.5 hour tours on true ATV's can be purchased for $65.00 with another company, this pricing didn't seem to be a fit. It is optional, so if you don't wish to drive, the price of your tour remains the same as when you signed up.
