We had been looking for this restaurant based on the recommendation of the Rough Guide, but couldn't find it... when we realised it was just next door to us! It's a terrace overlooking the wooded hill between Playa Principal and Panteon.
The food is simple, and simply delicious. I had a tuna steak, garnished with a tomato & herbs sauce, which was fresh, perfectly cooked, tasty... My wife had a breaded and fried fish, which was also top notch. I know that they were simple dishes - and yet, many times those are the most difficult to find well done, as cooks may tend to compensate by over-using the spices... not here. We spent the grand total of 90 pesos (including a beer for me, a starter and soft drinks).
