If you are looking for casual dining, you will find it here. The restaurant entrance is between street shops and goes up to the 2nd and 3rd floors. The 2nd floor is all enclosed while the 3rd is open air dining. I was there in October when the shrimp boats were doing a great haul and selling to restaurants from the pangas. The fresh catch and fresh shrimp was incomparable with any restaurant in the Old Port area. The shrimp were cooked in a variety of ways and you could mix and match your shrimp with the catch of the day. All this was served up by Christian and Memo, two of the wait staff who made you feel that you were more than welcome to stay long after your meal and enjoy the panoramic views from the top floor. The cervazas were cold and the hospitality was warm. Go there again? Can't wait!
