This is an older hotel in the city center with exellent access to the downtown. Only 1 block west and 2 blocks north of the central cathedral and the downtown business core. This is an area about 15 blocks long, of restaraunts, bars, shops, open to pedestian traffic only in this area. there are parks at either end and in the center of this part of town
