The hotel staff are probably the most friendly hotel staff crew I have ever had. They treat you like family here. The pool is mostly cool not the best for swimming. The gym is a bit small but it does what you need it to. The rooms are comfortable. But the wifi sucks. Altogether very happy with the experience.

I just stayed there for 2 days for business. This hotel is very equivalent to a 3 star hotel in the states. Fairly basic hotel with a modest gym, good restaurant and a decent room. The room was clean including the sheets and bathroom. The shampoo and lotion were good, not very watery.
The location was very convenient for me, having a mall next door and a convenience mart down the block. I would recommend this hotel again.

If you fly united or american airlines just let them know at the desk and you will get a free breakfast buffet by showing them your boarding passes. By the way this was a good value.

Very pleasant hotel, great location! Rooms are very nice, great bathrooms also. Staff is very friendly and professional. Located next to a shopping center, many food choices. Hotel restaurant has late hours and very good food at reasonable prices. Nice pool area. Very easy into San Marcos or other areas by taxi. Only issue at this hotel was computer knowledge of front desk staff, the agent did not know how to print out a receipt for me, not a big issue, but had I needed it to submit for expense reimbursement I would have been out of luck.

I stay here for work about three times a month, for one night at a time. The staff is great, the rooms are fine. Everyone on the staff is pleasant and helpful.

The restaurant/ bar stays open late for late arriving guests.

There is a wonderful park across the street with a zoo, aviary, trolley, bicycle rentals, paddle-boat rentals.

The upscale shopping center next to the hotel provides plenty of shopping options, as well as varied dining options.

Room Tip: The rooms on the outside, facing the street, can be a little loud in the morning due to construction across the street. The rooms facing the pool are perfectly quiet.

Usually Fiesta Inn hotels are renovated, comfy and at a good price, but this was not the case. The rooms are outdated, the pool was cold, check in was quite slow and the location is not the best either, and it has no elevator, it is only a 4 story building, but it isn't nice to carry your stuff through the stairs.
