“Very fun and professional”

The staff here is very nice and professional. The trainers speak English very well but will also translate for Spanish speakers and teach you new Spanish words. They were very knowledgable and taught us many things about the animals. When we visited, we did the Royal Swim package, which was the longest time you could spend with the dolphins and included a kiss, fin hold, nose touch, hug, fin pull, and foot push. We definitely got a lot for our money with this package and time seems to speed away! With this package you also got to eat at a buffet, which offered a lot of food and drink options and was very good. However, you aren't allowed to take your own cameras, so if you want any pictures you have to pay for the ones taken by their professionals. We did buy the pictures and they definitely took a good amount so we were ok with this, but others were not happy. Also, our bus didn't pick us up until 1:30 pm and we were dropped off and 10:30 am so we had a LOT of down time. Although the area is quite nice and you could walk around until it was pick up time, it was mostly filled with shops so we spent even more money before leaving (very clever). Overall it was a great experience and, most likely, the best dolphin excursion I have been on.
-definitely pay for the Royal Swim. this option gives you the most to do and the most time with the dolphins and is a pretty good deal in my opinion
-do NOT forget to bring a towel, they do not provide their own towels unless you want to pay for one in the shop
-wear a swimsuit you don't mind getting a little dirty. the areas the dolphins are located in is a natural environment, meaning it is in a part of the ocean. there are lots of fish that swim around in the areas and there's definitely a lot of algae!
-if you're willing to pay extra money, after your dolphin excursion you can also swim with manatees and seals! it takes place right after your dolphin swim and is a good time killer since the shuttles pick up later!

“Factory Dolphinarium”
Reviewed March 18, 2014

Trainer was okay in the water but it felt very ordinary. No training about dolphins prior to going into water except to learn hand signals. Wouldn't return for another visit. Clean facilities. Too much selling their photos.

“Soooo much fun!!!”
Reviewed March 17, 2014 via mobile

My family had so much fun doing this. It stormed in the middle so we had to stop, but offered us to do it another day or wait til the storm was over. We waited the storm out and actually got to do more things with the dolphins. We would totally do it again!

“AMAZING but with a price”
Reviewed March 9, 2014

We felt we experienced a once in a lifetime event swimming with dolphins, as well as interacting with manatees and a sea lion. I truly can't say enough about how much time we got to spend and how specialized our experience was. So much information and personalized treatment for our family in interacting with these unique animals. We were euphoric until we were given the price for the picture CD of $250. We could have done the whole things over, had one of us stand out of the pools and taken our own pictures for less than that!
