While vacationing in beautiful P.A., my wife and I and my cousin and her husband made reservations for a nice Italian eatery that came recommended. The service was slow, as only 7 tables were occupied with two wait staff. When the main course came out, luke warm was being generous. I felt my sauce had been reduced to almost a paste and was too over done. The ladies had a lobster pasta, but the lobster was only evident on the menu, not on the plate. Not the best experience for a night when love should have been in the air.

Even though this is a very small restaurant, the food is excellent. We had fresh grouper, with a vegetable medley and tomato/pepper coulis. Absolutely fabulous. The only negative is that smoking is allowed in the eating area...which should not be allowed.

First of all I must tell you that I am 100 percent Italian and grew up eating my grandmothers and mothers homemade ravioli and they would both would turn over in their graves to hear me say this but my wife and I ate at Dolce Vita this past week and had the best ravioli with meat sauce that I have had in my life. The dish was cooked to perfection and the sauce was so mild it just complimented the ravioli to perfection. We both had the same dish so I cant speak for the rest of the menu if you get the ravioli I dont believe you will be disappointed.

I have visiting Fabio for a couple of years now. Mikamale was that tucked away restaurant that only locals knew about. The pizza is amazing. But, the home-made pasta is to die for. We took my nephew there a couple of weeks ago (his father is Italian) and he was just as blown away as I am. They have now expanded unto the marina so they have a view of the dolphins. Have an amazing espresso and say hi to the owners. Their hospitality is second to none.
