We stayed here as a part of a wedding in Oslo early June 2013.
At check in the front desk and the hotel looked very nice. It wasn't until we returned from the wedding the problems started.
Our room at sixth floor did not have a working a/c. Since this weekend was one of the hottest weekends in Oslo in a long time the temperature at the room was about 26 degrees celsius, making it impossible to sleep.
When commenting this to the night shift at the hotel the only response we got was: "We know about it, there is nothing we can do" in a not-so-friendly tone of voice.
When we checked out the morning after, with close to no sleep, the reception also had the same answer as the night shift: This was a thing they knew about, and they were sorry for it, but there was nothing they could do.
If you want to sleep - stay away from Scandic Fornebu, at least until they have fixed their A/C. The hotel itself looks quite nice.
