Spur of the moment stay for just the one night. Superb old estate house well looked after by host/owner Andrew. Hospitable, friendly and very relaxed. I wish that I could have stayed longer. Highly recommended.

Great welcoming and friendly staff. Lots to do and see in the area. Also good value for money. We stayed on a king room which was large and clean. Local pub offered us dinner at a discounted rate for staying here. Wonderful.

We recently stayed in this hotel for a break from the busy city life. It exceeded our expectations. The room was lovely. The garden and countryside was idyllic. Hard to believe you are a stones throw from Glasgow. An accomodating host creates a sociable environment where you can meet and chat to other guests should you wish. It strikes a balance between homely/relaxed and good service. Our accomodation was more than we asked for with a private enterance. And they provide care to a beautiful wildcat kitten! What's not to love. We'd definitely stay again.

This has to be the best place I have stayed at yet with my work. The service is brilliant, staff cannot do enough to please. The views are insanely good and if you love animals too, then this is the place for you!!!
