We were told to ask for Simon at the Gift Shop in the Park, he took us over to the house and showed us all around it, Simon was very nice and welcoming which was a great start. There was a scones, clotted cream, butter, jam, marmalade and a loaf of bread in the kitchen as a welcome for us, which I found was an excellent touch. The house was fabulous, there was 8 adults and 1 2 year old and plenty of room for everyone, we did not feel like we were on top of each other at all. The snooker table was great for the males and they played on it all the time. We did not get in the hot tub too much as the weather was not great for us but good when we did go in. The only issue was that the plumbing was not too good in two of the bathrooms but we managed. I can only assume that is just down to the water pressure there. The kitchen was plenty stocked for everything you needed for preparing meals. Plenty of oven space, two electric ovens and the arga. The two big fridges and freezers as well and the dishwasher was a god send when there is so many of you. The toaster could do with replacing as it either burnt the toast or only slightly cooked, no in between. Overall though, I would highly recommend it as a place to stay for your holiday to Cornwall, close to Padstow, Wadebridge, Bodmin and Newquay and close to getting on the main road to other places.
