Mrs Wilson was very friendly and the house is quaint. We had a double room as a couple, there was a basin in the room but not ensuite toilet and shower. However although there were other guests, everyone was accomodating and didnt hog the bathroom or leave it dirty. The breakfast was excellent in a conservatory with a great view.

A nice welcome and the house is charming. Our double room size was fine, chest of drawers, wardrove, washbasin. Breakfast excellent.

I have only rated it 3 stars for the following reasons:

Small double bed (only 4ft 6"). This is too small and the room could take a 5ft bed. Cheap pillows and duvet and the duvet was a little small for the bed, ie it didn't overlap the sides of the bed enough so my husband and I had a tug of war every time we turned over in the night. The room was not en-suire which I had not realised and at £70 per night I would have expected it to be. Shared bathroom was very small with a small shower cubicle. The bathroom is shared between 3 double rooms so there was often a wait at peak times (morning/evening). I would have expected another seperate lavatory. No shared sitting area for guests so you have to stay in your room. Overall I didn't think it justified the price.

We had tried to get into the Gurnards Head which has small double rooms at £95 per night but this does include an en-suite. Unfortunately they were fully booked. We did eat there (and have done 3 times before) and also enjoy the food - thoroughly recommended.

I stayed in a twin room with my friend. The cottage is a lovely traditional building with a few modern extensions. The beds were really comfy and the breakfast, served in the conservatory, was great. There's a also a charming cat and the garden is wild but beautiful. Sue makes a great host - discreet and laid back and very welcoming. I'd totally recommend this BnB to everyone :)

We stayed at Tregeraint House for 2 nights. We received a very warm welcome from Mrs Wilson, the owner.
Tregeraint house is located slightly outside Zennor village, around 2 miles away and your left hand side. A bit tricky to find especially at night time as the roads are very small and dark.
As we were the only clients, she gave us her best room, the biggest one. The cottage is sooo quiet at night, the bed very confortable and the duvet heavy and warm. Please note that in every bedroom, the is a wah sink but no ensuite. The modern and clean bathroom / toilets has to be shared with the other clients.
Breakfast is also a feast: you will be in the bright conservatory and you will be served eggs, bacon and tomatoes (she doesn't do sausages or beans). Cottage cream and blueberries, cereales, tea, orange juice, different sorts of breads: everything was excellent!
We will definitely come back and we already miss Mrs Wilson and the white cat!
