We tried this place for a light snack and again for dinner. Neither meal was memorable and we do not need to return. The waitstaff was very good, if not a little over worked running up and down stairs all night.

You can't beat the views at thie location, Mexico Lindo / Seamaster on the beach in Barra de Navidad. The food is REALLY good, and affordable. Romantic place.

This little restaurant has now closed and is part of their 'big brother' across the street - Sea Master, but the food in Mexico Lindo is tasty and very resonably priced. A huge burrito with steak, beans, guacamole and side salad for only $50 pesos!! All served with cold beer or soft drinks and very friendly staff.

The value priced Mexico Lindo merged with the more upscale Sea Masters last year so this review presents me with an issue. Do I lament the loss of a favourite or do I review it's outcome. I choose the latter because it"s all that"s left. To me nothing of Mexico Lindo remains other than the name. So here it goes without prejudice.

Sea Master's Mexico Lindo is a upscale and upprice tourist focused establishment right on the beach in Barra. It has unparalleled view and they have made good use of what was left of the building after the devastation of the hurricane 2 years ago, with addition of decks. It can be windy at times but it is a beautiful setting. Very romantic at sunset.

The food offerings cater are average with little imagination. Not great, not bad but not in the same league as Isadoras or Sambuca's from a culinary standpoint. They rely mostly on the exquisite location IMO.

Service is above average to average across several visits. People visiting us always want to experience the view.

If location is your primary concern then go for it. If not, there are better food options in Barra for the money..

In honesty I do miss the simplistic charm and value pricing of Mexico Lindo. The Circle of life I guess. Cheers

This is a stylish place, not upscale, but nice for the area. Service was very good. English or Spanish is okay.

Free chips and three kinds of salsa.
