We stayed there April 21st and 22nd 2013. The town was dead. I think we were the only tourists in town. The daytime front desk person was nice and helpful. The late afternoon and nighttime front desk lady was cold, nearly rude. We had to ask them for the air conditioning and TV remote. They weren't too happy to hand them out.
Room 217 had a nice ocean view and breeze. We had to keep the front door open to get the breeze to come in. At nighttime we had to close all the doors because the surf pounding outside was too noisy to sleep. They did have AC which was a must with the doors closed.
Absolutely no artwork on the walls of the room.
Our room cost 1,000 Pesos per night. It was supposed to include breakfast but the restaurant was closed when we were there. The front desk person said breakfast was not included.
There are much better bargains available in town. This hotel is over-rated. It suffers from what appears to be "absentee ownership."
