“Thrilling Experience!!!”
Reviewed July 20, 2014

Firstly, extremely glad about the fact that it was such a short and convenient ride from Mumbai. And also to know that such an exciting place exist so close, rather than driving/ riding to the usual Lonavala (which is everyone’s favorite during the monsoons). We rode on a Saturday morning, whilst enjoying the rain hitting our faces in a most fragile manner. I must mention that the Golf Course & Central Park view was quite impressive, which is just a min away from the destination. On reaching Pandankada Water Falls, we had to park our vehicle and walk in to the main top. There was no Entrance charges, as mentioned in the below reviews and also there were most definitely Cops taking rounds for security purposes.
One need to wear a proper kit to avoid accidents. Kit = proper rainy wear shoes (that will give you a firm grip on a slippery platform), shorts & t-shirts for men & leggings/pants for girls. You have to pass through small rivers and walk on rocks. One must be cautious at all times.

There is a small dam that one has to cross to reach the waterfall. We barely stopped there for a min. As you approach closer to the Fall, the view gets even more magnificent. The water falls from a great height and is forceful. The sound is piercing and the water is cold. What I enjoyed the most is the entire view put together which is breathtaking.

For eating, there are a couple of stalls put up around the area. Though haven’t tried them. The Crowd may not be the most decent, however they are quite harmless. Honestly would have enjoyed a bit more if there were none at all ;)

Since, this was my first waterfall, unfortunately I have nothing to compare it too. Hope this review helps in some way.

“Wonderful damn but worse place as rowdy and drunk crowd”
Reviewed June 6, 2014

Pandav kada is in the heart of Navi Mumbai as its in the kahrghar city. but the worse part of it is rowdy and drunk people, no security no measures for safety. Hence, if you are planning to visit pandav kada damn in coming monsoon either visit in weekdays or re route to Khandala which is just two hors from their.

“Amazing Falls”
Reviewed February 19, 2014

Water Fall is no doubt amazing and it makes a river of it flowing through the field across but the only drawback of the place is that it doesnt have decent crowd visiting this place. You need to figure out a proper time and day to visit this place and that would be when the crowd is not much but neither scanty too. Place is scenic and never go under the fall and the rocks keep falling along water so could be very dangerous. Another point of caution would be to have a better gripped shoes as the rocks you climb to get to the falls are very slippery. Its on only during monsoon 3 months at the most.

“one of the Best Waterfalls in Mumbai during Monsoons”
Reviewed February 1, 2014

the walk towards the pandavkada waterfall is welcomed by lush green velvet grass. at no point you lose the sight of going towards the falls. as you come nearby you realise the enormous height of the falls. visit in monsoon is must for all mumbaikars.
