visited twice great hotel comfortable stay. Food is excellent. Staff are good special thanks to Humduh rajib abhishek. Very helpful. pool and gym is well maintained. would like to visit again and refer to my friends also.

I was stayed here for two night, room is of desent size. Properly cleaned . It was my girlfriend birthday, surprise decorations dine by housekeeping staff was very nice.
Staff is very polite and humble.

Few months back. I came here to celebrate a party in Royal orchid. There are few managers who throw their rules on the customers. They don't even think twice before talking rudely to the customers who actually paid them for organising parties. They start fights with customers and so lot of arguments. Better go for some other hotel for parties. They ask for ppl license and vocal license. After getting those license still they ask for money. They are cheaters. Stay away from this hotel.
Hi, would appreciate if you could share your contact details and share the event details too. We, at Royal Orchid Central Grazia have not been able to locate the details mentioned by you. Moreover, as claimed about my staff/managers arguing and speaking rudely with you, kindly share their names so that we can take necessary action against them upon clarification.

Excellent location, Near to Satra plaza which hosts about 15-20 fine dine restaurants and pubs. Near to Vashi bus depot and railway station.
All in house amenities were available. Room condition was excellent. AC, internet, mini bar, washrooms everything was beyond expectations. Have been to quite a few hotels in vicinity and this beats them all in terms of quality and price.
Would 100% recommend to travellers who are looking value for money stay.
