The management level person should carry out the checks for the house keeping services on n often, though i do not have any graven's but this corner should not be neglect for the continuous improvement .
my self and my family enjoyed the stay and very much satisfied with the services provided by the hotel. The hospitality of the staff of the hotel is quit appreciable, specially the front desk personal's. In future i am looking forward to stay in the same hotel and will suggest the other friends also.

Food was good, room was exellent, location is somewhat not appealling also the amneties service are not up to the mark(experienced). Best part is room itself. But i did not liked the staff's ignorance about Ericsson MIB plans.

Service was great overall.
Beds are ok, although some could argue they are too hard to sleep on. Nice tv, good showers. Aircon is somewhat loud.

Minor points of improvement are the internet connection (please, no more logging in with codes), and the promptness of the taxi service.
But overall I loved my months' stay and we received all the service we wanted.

Great cocktails! There was a distinct lack of chocolate though.

To the uninitiated, navigating Mumbai and Navi Mumbai can be unsettling. One is never sure of what one will get when it comes to hotels and hospitality. The Royal Orchid Central was a pleasant surprise and experience. The rooms are comfortable, although some show their age and could do with a 'facelift'. But things generally work, the bed linen is spotless and fresh, housekeeping and room service attentive and fast. Little tings help too: good reading lights by the bedside, for one. There is a good variety of food, typically set out buffet-style in a mix of Indian cuisines (in the cafe) and more international flavours in the rooftop evening restaurant. Best thing about the hotel: the care and attention of staff (suggestions, advice, assistance). It makes all the difference.

Room Tip: Upper floors (less noise)

Had a very nice & pleasant stay at hotel. Full marks for the hospitality, ambiance & cleanliness in the hotel. Restaurant is really good. Hygiene standard are very high in restaurant. Food was very delicious. Staff was very friendly & cooperative providing prompt services. Thanks to all the staff for making my stay so comfortable.
