We have just returned from a wonderful stay in this lovely farmhouse. Karen and Paul made us feel so welcome and we relaxed from the moment we arrived.
The room was huge and beautifully furnished and the breakfast was excellent. I could not fault it.
The walks and views around the coast were spectacular. Will definitely be staying there again.

Stayed at this Bed and Breakfast for a wedding at Polhawn Fort and it was 5 minutes away by car. The owners offered lifts to some of the guests over to the Fort for free. This B&B has been decorated to a high spec. with an arty twist. There was a lovely big bed with very soft sheets, bathrobes, tv, tea and coffee making facilities. They had a travelcot and highchair to accommodate our baby. The breakfasts were amazing, with free range eggs from the chickens in the garden. My husband said it was the best B7B he'd ever stayed in.

A perfect b&b run by a lovely couple which is peaceful and secluded but so easy to get to from Plymouth. When we arrived Karen upgraded us to the largest suite which was beautifully decorated with a comfy bed, organic soaps, lots of DVDs, an amazing waterfall shower and a view of the sea.

Great (and massive!) breakfast with fresh eggs from the chickens.

An easy 30 minute walk to Whitsand Bay and The View restaurant and a miles up to St Michael's Chapel on the head through fields of daffodils. We can't wait to come back!

We have just spent another superb few days in this ‘jewel’ of a B&B. Karen and Paul never fail to give us a warm welcome and provide us with a wonderful breakfast – even catering for a fussy eater amongst us!
Looe is just as beautiful as ever, despite taking a battering in the recent storms.
Already looking forward to our next visit, which is all due to Karen & Paul and their wonderful Cornish hospitality.

We have just spent 3 nights at this beautiful Guest House in a tranquil setting. The owners are lovely and the rooms were nicely decorated with the most comfy beds. The breakfast was yummy too. We chose this property as it was convenient to attend a Family Wedding at Polhawn Fort. We would definitely recommend this to family and friends and will most certainly visit again soon. It was that nice we did not want to leave and wished we were staying longer.

Beautiful room. Quirky but classic decor. Great shower, with a decent sized bath. Toilet was a little noisy (hopefully we didn't wake people when we used it in the night!) Comfy bed with plenty of cushions and blankets. Slightly too many light switches (too many when you're tired) so it was a bit like a disco the first time in (!) but v tastefully done with dimmer switches.
Gorgeous views. GREAT breakfast - home-made stuff and locally sourced yumminess.
Karen and her husband were SO hospitable and accommodating

Would definitely go back.

Room Tip: front facing, v spacious.

Superb location for coast, we came for wedding at fort nearby, perfect for that too. The room was large with the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in. The breakfast was huge but all good produce, even homemade jams and marmalade. The host, Karen, was friendly and helpful. The only noise at night was the hooting of owls, magical!
