If you want to experience unspoilt English countryside you will like Launceston farm.
The accommodation is excellent as is the breakfast shared with other guests.
Go before it expands and becomes too well known.
Lovely bedrooms and bathrooms with tub and walk in shower. Spacious garden with pool.
\Lots of parking. Free wifi internet access.
Friendly service-very homely and not fussy at all.
Dogs, sheep, cows, chicken are a part of the ambience.
Simple luxury at a very reasonable price.

Absolutely loved this place! The room was beautiful and incredibly cozy, amazing shower, gorgeous local soaps in the bathroom, and a nice view over the farm and fields. There's a garden next to the house with a swing and good spots to sit and relax (with some dogs, if you're lucky). The living room with the fire and honesty bar was such a great touch! We stayed for dinner on Friday and enjoyed an amazing meal cooked by Sarah. The breakfast was also delicious, lots of local products to enjoy. The location is great for reaching the coast but the b&b is also far enough away from the main roads that you'll get a great night's sleep. No complaints! I would definitely come back.

Excellent B&B in stunning location. Room and whole house beautifully furnished and very comfortable. Big comfortable bed, lovely hot power shower. Pot of tea and cake on garden terrace when we arrived. Cracking breakfast from local organic produce. We were also given a tour of the organic farm and met the pigs, goats etc. Very interesting.

Area surrounding the B&B is a real plus too. Good pub within walking distance. Surrounding villages are picture postcard English village. Launceston Farm's land also adjoins a local pig farmer so on a short walk from the farm we saw hundreds of tiny piglets roaming around.

Overall a brilliant B&B and very highly recommended.

My daughter and myself were visiting this amazing B & B for the 2nd time. If you want true luxury, amazing breakfasts and wonderful surroundings then this is the place to be. The rooms are done to a very high standard. If you stay in the Orchard room you have a wonderful window sit to look over the garden and watch the chickens. A really good place to stay which is not to far off the beaten track but surrounded by fields. Very easy to get to Poole and the Jurassic Coast. You can't miss this place.
