Beautiful property, Excellent service by reception staff especially Phuong and Hau, Trang!! Staff are extremely polite and helpful. The breakfast is great!! Good shuttle service would recommend for anyone looking for a relaxed and stressfree stay.

A return visit, we stayed in the Indochine King room for 4 nights.
We loved the big, soft bed, the fluffy towels, the brilliant rain head shower with strong pressure and hot water, the bathroom products.
We also loved the infinity pool, the great food options at breakfast, the complimentary bicycles and high speed wifi.
And a special mention of the friendly, smiling and helpful staff, particularly Hau, Phuong and Jimmy Tan Nguyen - who made our stay that little bit more enjoyable.

We had a wonderful time at Bliss Hoi An. Perfectly located just a short drive from the ancient town and the shuttle bus was super convenient. Breakfast was absolutely stunning with a mix of Vietnamese and western cuisine. The staff and the service was a real highlight. A big shout out and thank you to Hua and Phuong. They really took care of us and made sure we had what we needed for the day whether it was booking the shuttle bus, the spa or recommendations for tailors.

Came here for our anniversary. We were pleasantly surprised by how peaceful our stay was. Everything on the resort was exceptional. The staff were amazing. Great villas and wonderful customer service. Spa was fantastic as well. We stayed over New Years I wish the party went on later than 12am though, it was just getting started with the DJ. A couple issues and why we didn’t give this place a 5 star rating. First, the New Years itinerary was misleading, there were no cocktails by the pool or fireworks at midnight. The other (and beyond their control) was a dirty beach that we couldn’t swim in. Even sitting on the beach wasn’t inviting when looking at garbage. For my kids, that was a hard one. Other than that, we had a great stay!
