Excellent pastas and bread in this traditional trattoria, nice setting with high ceilings. Excellent house wine, too. The mains are also fine but perhaps do not have the same "light" feel as in some other places in the vicinity.

The place has been there forever and you can really breath Tuscan tradition here. The food was very good, especially the ravioli. The menu is intriguing with so many attractive options that you really feel sorry having to choose. If you enjoying the magnificence of the surroundings, tasting the spectacular Morellino wine or the Saturnia baths nearby, make sure to stop here. You won’t regret it.

Food delicious. House wine very good, too ! Pets are not welcome Go there early are book a table as it is always packed. We had homemade ‘gnudi’ a typical tuscan dish, which were fabulous. It is right at the entrance of Montemerano on the main street. You have to walk through a tobacco shop to enter the restaurant.

Which is behind the bar in a cozy and not too formal room with very nice service and very good food. We had a vey good 1 pound stake, the pork and boar sausages, and nice bruschetta with very nice wine by the glass. It was perfect for a very late night casual family dinner.

The lovely host Maurizio and his family wont disappoint you. This is as typical Toscan restaurant with no b******. Try the Tortelli salvia e Burro, Tagliatta di Manzo etc. It's all good.
