This restaurant is attached to the Auberge de Baudinard hotel and a true gem. Every night, the owner of the place prepares one set menu (starter, main dish, desert) according to the highest standards of French and Provencal cuisine. The price of the menu is absolutely affordable - when we went there, it was 27.50 euros per adult for three courses.
We ate in the restaurant three evenings in a row and had truly amazing food each time. The service is cordial, personal and at the same time professional. The wines are great and from local wine growers. For gourmands visiting the area of the Verdon canyon and Lac de St. Croix, this restaurant is a must.
