There are three restaurants at the university of Puebla cultural complex, one of them of very high standards, La Casa de los Muñecos, and the other two of less prestige but fair enough. One of them is La Bocha, which used to be an Italian restaurant and recently has been transformed into an Argentinean option. The food is not bad, but it lacks of real "commitment" in the sense that the restaurant is not devoted to a particular cuisine. In two years it could become a Thai or a Peruvian restaurant all the same because the owner seems to go after the money part of the business, rather than the culinary challenge.
