My friends and I ate here several times (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) during the week we spent in Puebla and enjoyed the food each time. They have both a Spanish and English menu which makes ordering easier (even if some of the translations are less than perfect) if your Spanish is limited. The menu ranges from Mexican dishes (there were some especially wonderful Mexican breakfast options) to more typical fare that you might find in an upscale American restaurant. While the food is upscale, the prices are not! Waitstaff is very helpful and they'll find someone who speaks English for you, if you need that. We loved the vases (made of typical pottery of the area) so much that we came back and bought them from the restaurant. They have a wonderful little pottery store on the side.
