The so called "Eight Marvel of the World" is this magnificent chapel, both for it's imposing golden decoration and the wonderful statues and paintings, and for it's profound theological significance. REALLY A MUST IN PUEBLA.

Insanely stunning and elaborate chapel with swirly gold bits everywhere. Like walking into Gianni Versace's brain.

You can see why the Poblanos hold this place in their hearts. The Lady is everywhere, but she's very beautiful here.

Amazing. What a sight with all that gold. Glad we happened back to see this one (we'd first dropped by midday when the church was closed). It was moving to see the, what seemed like infinite, decorations gleaming in the late afternoon light. I would recommend going after 4 pm to get a sense of the place with sunlight beaming it during the late afternoon.
