“Worth the visit!”
Reviewed January 15, 2014

Though the visit can be short, its worth going to see a 400 year old library. Though you may not touch the books, you can look closely at them and get a very good sense of their antiquity.

“Fascinating library”
Reviewed January 8, 2014

Centrally located. They give very good tours of library included in the price of admission (though they appreciate tips as well) that are definitely worth taking advantage of.

“a trip into the past”
Reviewed November 24, 2013

What an exquisite example of a library from centuries ago! Tucked in the corner of an old building, this remarkable, and well preserved, beautiful library will leave you marveling. The books are centuries old, the talavera gives you an insight to the previous artistic styles, and the woodwork in the interior are some of the most incredible carvings I have ever seen. It is truly majestic, well worth a visit while you are near the cento historic.

Our private guide took us to visit the Biblioteca. Wow, it was incredible and we would have never known that it was there (You have to know where to find it). Very interesting and worth a visit.
