We stay in a group of up to 15 people in this hotel, and nearly every week we had issues around money or other values stolen. The reaction of the hotel management - a notice to the security guidelines was distributed around our rooms. This is only one example for poor service, I ask infront of a second booking for a upclass deluxe room, I even do not get an answer on it, at reception they told me that for a timeframe of 19 days upclass rooms are not available. Just to keep in mind, a group of up to 15 people staying between 3 to 6 weeks.
Back to the Hotel, the nice impression you get when you step into the lobby, you lost entering one of the standard rooms provided. Overall no recommendation, no professional management on key security issues, not the expected service and room quality for a hotel in the Intercontinental chainMore
