“short and nice view”
Reviewed January 8, 2013

nice challenge if anyone is height wary, short enough not to worry. Gives perfect "big picture" of city, setting the scene to further understand historical significance of sites and city

“Fun Afternoon View”
Reviewed December 28, 2012

At the suggestion of a local Zacatecan friend, I enjoyed a relaxing, scenic afternoon on the Teleferico. Beautiful blue skies, the colorful city below, the massive climbs up stone-lined hills and incredible views of the area made it all well worth the price to ride across to the bufa and back. Our guide was humorous, resembling a Mexican Andy Warhol, pointing out attractions in the city below as we glided overhead. The bufa offers lovely walking terrain (wear comfortable shoes) - views for miles, statues of Pancho Villa and other figures of Mexican history, and a lovely old edificio made of famous pink stone found in Zacatecas. Recommended for a romantic stroll, climbing with kids or just venturing out on your own.

Great views of the city from the teleferico and the hill, and the ride itself is interesting. Clean, easy to access; do it!

“Lets go !!!”
Reviewed November 29, 2012

While you are walking around this historic city you will notice the cable car pass back and forth all day. So the thing to do is go take a ride yourself. Be ready to walk up a long flight of stairs to get to the main station, or take a taxi if you are a smoker.

“Incredible view”
Reviewed October 18, 2012

If you go to Zacatecas, you most definitely wanna try the Teleférico. With it, you are gonna get an incredible aerial view of the city.. plus, you end at another mountain in which there's a little pretty church and a little mountain you can climb if you are into climbing!
Best pictures from Zacatecas are from there. You can see all the peaks of the various churches around the city and the amazing cathedral!
