Stayed here for one night with my family and while it is no luxury hotel, it is clean and comfortable enough for the price. The beds are rather hard for my personal taste, but we only stayed for one night, so it wasn' t too bad.

The location is very good in the historic center with parking available a few blocks away. Walking distance to the cathedral, the mine, the teleferic, and all other sites in the historic center.

The Continental Breakfast is very much selfserve, set up in a breakfast room. There is coffee, milk, cereal, bananas and bread & butter.

All in all it was a good value for the rate we paid and the owner was very helpful with information on things to see and how to get around.

I follow the recomendations of other members and I am not disapointed. The lady in charge was extremely corteous and eager to please. Even though the building looks old colonial, the interior is new and modern. Has a simple breakfast but enough to start the day. Its only drawback is the lack of an elevator.

A boutique hotel located close to the historic center of Zacatecas. Nupcial rooms are larger than standard rooms and have access to Terrasse that overlooked the city. Staff is very friendly and cooperative to help you find your way every day. A continental breakfast is served every day until 10:30.

Well run and thoroughly enjoyable hotel to stay in. Staff were brilliant with from the arrival and more than helpful in explaining the sights and sounds to us. Rooms are stylish, modern and comfortable. Only downside is that you can't really escape the noise from the central atrium, but once you tired enough from a day of sightseeing/drinking it's not important. Zacatecas is a beautiful town to visit and I will definitely go back to this hotel should i return. Location is perfect and a couple of mins away from a cool little bar which name escapes me.

I can't tell you how wonderful it is here at Terrasse. It is clean and sleek with great internet and great TV (although not much time to watch.) I think the most important thing to mention is Guadalupe, the owner, who is here from 10:00am to 10:00pm each day. She is amazing,, energetic with such a kind heart. She loves her city and trys to share everything she can with you. She has given us info on restaurants, sights and even has a taxi she uses just for "her people". The price, about $60/night is amazing. No elevator and no english, but lots of love.

We made reservations online by emailing the hotel directly. Took awhile to get a response. Not all of the desk staff speak English. We sent them our credit card information to hold the reservation via registered mail since they did not have a secure site and didn't take Paypal. The place was in the center of Zacatecas, which has narrow cobblestone streets where the locals drag the gut nightly. That"s over by 10 pm or so and then all is quiet. We enjoyed the night view of the city from the third floor terrace. Ask for room 21 if you want a nice view. The hotel is a small place and the Senora at the desk was very friendly and helpful in recommending restaurants and booking taxis for us. If you are expecting to run into English speakers in Zacatecas you might be surprised. Rooms were very modern, spotless, and the hot water was plentiful. Continental breakfast was the American version: cereal, juice and bananas.

I chose this hotel because of the comments I had read on TripAdvisor and I was so glad I did. We spent 5 days in Room 21, which is one of their best rooms. This room has a king size bed with a fabulous view and overlooks Zacatecas. Many of the rooms don't have views so we were lucky this was available. Guadelupe was fabulous. She welcomed us and made sure our stay was enjoyable. The hotel was immaculate and in a great location, walking distance to everything. Our room contained a refrigerator, flat screen TV with many channels (some in English) and a spacious modern shower. Everyone speaks Spanish here so communication was a little challenging but everyone couldn't have been nicer. A basic breakfast of cold cereal and toast is included. Other than the bed being a little too firm, this was a perfect stay!
