We really enjoyed our stay at the Royal Decameron. The rooms were very nice and clean. The food was excellent. The entertainment staff was amazing...organizing so many activities and making sure everyone was having fun.

Was only here for 5 days but best vacation ever, great food, great people and amazing team, Adriana, Montse, Rafa and ismael was never not smiling hotel room was always clean too, and it was never a boring vacation. Would gladly come back

The RD is a wonderful cozy resort! The staff are the stars, they are up beat kind and genuine! Valentina over at guest relations will take good care of all your needs and make sure your having a great vacation, I can’t say enough good things about her! The AMAZING activities staff, Montse, Rafael, Jose “angel”, Ismeal and aviators with the giant smile made every day full of fun with great activities and games! They take the time to get to know the guest and make sure fun is had by all! The bartenders, Anabel and Irvin kept us well hydrated with fun drinks and even a few special surprises!! Emanuel at the front desk was always happy to help and suggest local things to see and do! All the wait staff were on point! The resort is comfortable, we had a small hiccup with our hot water but they were quick to fix it, so no complaints! The food was good and I’ll be dreaming about the ceviche toast at the snack bar for months!!
The nightly show was always a good time and the disco was a blast! I happily recommend this resort for friends trips, families, couples and groups! Great vacation!

The all-inclusive is ok, but not outstanding. Food was average at the best, but I had no big expectations in this regard. Food I had in restaurants or other places was much better, which makes sense. Also no wifi, you have to pay extra, really? I don't see how this can benefit the hotel, it makes me think they want to charge for everything, luckily for me my mobile plan had coverage in the area. Having said that the hotel beach is useless. I stayed from Dec 28 to Jan 01 2019 and most of the times there were red flag signals which means you can't swim. Also no water activities at all, no kayak, paddle boards, nothing... I wish the hotel had transportation to chileno or any other swimmable beach, that would have made the stay much more enjoyable... anyway, I had a good time but I will think about staying in this hotel so far from the beaches the next time...

We are happy to know you enjoyed your stance with us, as well we will make sure to share your comments with the related manager in order to verify and improve our processes.

About the WIFI service, let me inform you that since January 3rd of 2020 that service and the safe box are free for all the guest, this is one of the measures we are taking to guarantee a better experience in our hotel.
And related to the beach, I´m sorry to inform you that mostly of the beaches around Cabo are not swimmable, and our hotel is located in one of them, this is because it is open sea and getting on the water could be dangerous, the black flag is something we keep the whole year in order to keep you all safe.

The resort wasn't too busy. It was cool in the mornings and evenings. The food was just ok. We walked off the resort a few times for something to do. The service was really good. Fernando at the lobby bar was the best.
