Attended the Jazz festival in February 2014 on the street. Very well attended and very crowded in both the restaurants as well as the street side tables with vendors everywhere serving food. Very confusing for first time attendees as to what was going on and how to proceed. We finally found a table, sat and ordered four drinks and two entrees from the waiter. Then went around to the other vendors and got tapas samples from them at the suggestion of our waiter. The manager came unglued and started yelling at us, even though we spent well over $100 at the table on drinks and food, and many of the other tables were occupied by groups that didn't order anything from La Galeria at all. Totally unprofessional behavior of the manager completely ruined what should have been a very good meal with good service from our waiter. (BTW the blackened tuna steak is VERY good !)
